As you can appreciate we try to run to time, however sometimes delays are unavoidable.  To help us run to time we  have a policy that if you are 10mins or more late for your appointment then you will have to re-booked another time.

If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10am. Home visits take up much more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.  Home visits are reserved for bed bound patients and should not for transport issues.
