Problems suitable for telephone consultations maybe ongoing sick notes, medication reviews, discussing hospital referrals (if you have previously seen the GP), test results and follow up appointments. If you feel your issue could be dealt with over the telephone and would not require you to be seen by the GP, please ask the reception staff to book you into a telephone consultation appointment.
