Our administration staff are experienced and try at all times to be as helpful to patients as possible. Please help them by being courteous and remembering that if you are kept waiting or you seem to be asked one or two ‘awkward ‘ questions, the staff are carrying out our policies which are aimed at directing patients in the most appropriate way and towards providing a better service for our patients. The most appropriate clinician for you condition may not necessarily be a doctor.
The staff often have to judge the urgency of your request, so please try to help them by giving them the necessary information. Please be assured that staff do not ask questions simply to be nosey!
