It is the policy of the practice to allow patients to speak to our doctors or nurses on the telephone during the working day for the purpose of receiving advice. This will be permitted on an opportunistic basis. Please be aware that clinicians may be unable to speak to patients whilst their surgeries / clinics are in progress, but they will normally phone patients back afterwards if necessary.
