Complaints policy

We take complaints very seriously.  If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service and would like to make a complaint, please put all details in writing and send your letter to the Practice Manager (Mrs Sarah Armitage), alternatively please contact the surgery to speak to Mrs Armitage.   Every effort will be made to answer your concerns as soon as possible.
